Welcome. My name is Kaila, the face behind the brand, Beauty Bar Therapy. I have always loved going to my local beauty salon to be pampered as often as I could. For every woman this is a special experience, where you can walk in feeling stressed from your day and walk out feeling confident and yourself once again.

After being in the Health and Fitness industry for over 7 years and having the drive and passion for women’s health and wellness,

I began the creation of my own retreat for women everywhere to come and be pampered and feel alive through my business.

Effectiveness of microneedling for acne scars. During the skin-pricking process, your skin produces more collagen in an effort to heal the small wounds from the needles. The theory is that new collagen that's formed will help smooth out your skin's appearance, helping to fill in fine lines, wrinkles, and scars.

THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES WILL NEED TO BE AVOIDED FOR 2 DAYS FOLLOWING TREATMENT:-

# Direct Sunlight

# Intense cardio, exercise or gymnasium regimens

# Excessively hot showers, bathing, spas or sauna

# Spray tanning

# Swimming in chlorinated pools or the ocean

# Tattooing (including cosmetic tattooing)

# Further clinical treatments (including, but not limited to) : microdermabrasion, laser, intense pulsed light, chemical peels, muscle relaxant injections and dermal fillers)

Home care

Special care will be required for the following 5 days.

Your Therapist will advise you on what aftercare you will need to do at home.

Treatments are to be performed every 4-6 weeks. The amount of treatments required will vary person to person.
